Two men have been arrested after allegedly carjacking a man and leading police on a chase through Southeast Memphis on Friday. Memphis police responded to a carjacking in the 3100 block of Clearbrook at 7:11 p.m. The victim told officers that three men approached him and demanded his 2007 Chrysler 300, police say.
