Patrick Accounting and Tax Services and Patrick Payroll have bought the building at 1064 Oakhaven Road - near Poplar and I-240 - for $970,000, according to the broker, Cushman & Wakefield/Commercial Advisors. The business now operates at 9045 Forest Centre Drive, near Poplar at Forest Hill-Irene Road in Germantown.
