    MEMPHIS, Tenn. (AP) - Memphis police say a teenager has been arrested after a woman was fatally shot and two other people were wounded in a downtown shooting. Media outlets report the shooting occurred at 12:30 a.m. Sunday. Officers found an 18-year-old woman who was pronounced dead at the scene. Police identified her as Myneishia Johnson.
