The meetings are scheduled in conjunction with the Memphis in May International Festival. MEMPHIS, Tenn. (AP) - A former Memphis police officer accused of stalking his ex-girlfriend on two other occasions has been arrested again. Media outlets report 28-year-old Joshua Barnes was booked into jail Sunday for the third time this year. Arkansas State said Monday it was renewing its series with a rival it has played against more than anyone else. Since the two teams first met in 1914, they have played 57 times.
