Richard Lassiter, 24, of Pennsylvania, has been charged with aggravated child abuse and aggravated child abuse-neglect. The child died at the Rodeway near Sycamore View and Macon Road. Police say they were flagged down by the child's mother, Fatimah Taylor, saying her daughter was bleeding from a cut over her eye and was unresponsive. The girl ..
